John Solfest

John began working with RIC in August of 2024 and started full-time work in the spring of 2025. As an intern, he assisted in all stages of the sales and leasing process, including prospecting, marketing, showings, and deal execution for commercial real estate transactions. He also built and implemented a customized CRM system streamlining lead tracking and client communication across the team.

His personal communication skills, work ethic, initiative, and results-driven approach has led to building quality relationships and strengthening long-term client engagement and repeat business. His efforts contribute to more efficient day-to-day processes and closed sales and lease deals.

John graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2023 and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Foundations in 2024. A standout athlete during his time at Bethel, he played baseball and club hockey and was part of three MIAC Championship baseball teams while earning the title of MIAC Pitcher of the Year in 2024.

John lives in the Twin Cities and coaches baseball at Mounds View High School and volunteers with Young Life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—hunting, fishing, golfing, and relaxing with friends and family at their cabin in Northern Wisconsin.
